For couples seeking a wedding venue with a touch of elegance and natural beauty, our wedding pavilion is located at the edge of the property, overlooking Taylor’s Creek and Carrot Island. It comfortably hosts 120 guests seated inside, and the ceremony can be expanded to over 300 guests on the lawn, using the pavilion entrance as a beautiful backdrop. For smaller weddings, the West Lawn offers a charming, intimate setting right on the water. The Rachel Carson Grand Ballroom, located on the second floor of the main building, provides a luxurious space for up to 220 guests, complete with private indoor and outdoor areas ideal for cocktail hours and grand exits.

Our versatile event spaces cater to various needs, whether you’re planning a smaller wedding or a large-scale reception. The ballroom can be divided into four different salons, and we also offer three additional spaces—the Marlin Room with adjoining Lookout Deck, Shackleford Room, and Executive Board Room—perfect for rehearsal dinners, elopements, and showers. For those envisioning an outdoor waterfront reception, our Front Lawn is an excellent choice, accommodating over 500 guests under a tent.
