This expansive property is designed to accommodate events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of 10 to grand celebrations with up to 1,000 guests. With four distinct wedding locations, including two indoor and two outdoor spaces, we provide a versatile setting that ensures your special day is as unique as your love story.

The Grace Barn, once a training facility for award-winning American Saddlebred show horses, now serves as a stunning 12,000-square-foot indoor event space. This climate-controlled venue is renowned for its whimsical and romantic décor, making it an ideal choice for weddings. The Salem Stallway, part of The Grace Barn, features tall barn doors that open to a picturesque evergreen view, enhanced by permanent drapery and eucalyptus. This serene setting is perfect for ceremonies and cocktail hours, and it can be seamlessly combined with the Legacy House patio for a delightful indoor-outdoor experience.

For those seeking a more intimate setting, The Legacy House offers a breathtaking backdrop overlooking green pastures. This venue is perfect for ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners, featuring two full outdoor kitchens, a fire pit, and a stone fireplace. The gardens surrounding The Legacy House, adorned with climbing vines, azaleas, lavender, and hydrangeas, provide a picturesque setting for a romantic stroll or stunning wedding photos.

The Forsyth Barn, once the largest horseback riding lesson facility in the Southeast, has been transformed into a 22,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art indoor event space. With the ability to accommodate up to 1,000 guests, The Forsyth Barn features the Grand Ballroom and the Carolina Room, offering versatile options for both large and small gatherings. The spacious foyer, stallway, and outdoor terrace are perfect for cocktail hours, providing ample space for guests to mingle and enjoy the festivities.

Our newest addition, the Creekside Terrace, offers a charming setting for intimate outdoor ceremonies and photography. This area, highlighted by a beautiful waterfall located behind the Grace Barn, is available to all brides for memorable wedding day photos. With numerous outdoor photo opportunities, including the front pasture, the Legacy House, and our new water feature, our estate is truly the most versatile wedding and event venue in the Triad.
