We proudly present two distinct venue options to cater to your specific needs. The Loft at Ethereal, our original venue, is perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 70 guests. It boasts exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and large windows that offer a breathtaking view of the historic Woodstock Square. As guests enter, they are greeted by the delightful aroma of our homemade chocolates, setting the mood for a memorable evening. Additionally, our new venue at Courthouse Square, located in the historic Woodstock Old Courthouse Center, accommodates larger gatherings of 75-125 guests, with a maximum capacity of 150 at straight tables. The venue combines historic architecture with modern finishes, offering amenities such as a spacious wedding suite with natural light and a separate ceremony room.

Both locations offer unique features that enhance the overall experience. The Courthouse Square venue includes an optional add-on of the old Sheriff’s House for cocktail hour, complete with original jail cells that provide a unique and memorable photo opportunity. The surrounding area is rich with picturesque spots, from charming brick buildings and a central park to a vibrant mural featuring Bill Murray’s likeness, ensuring your wedding album is as unique as your celebration.
