Feeling seen and empowered in front of the camera is a luxury not everyone experiences, especially when societal norms often dictate whose stories are worth telling. Many individuals grapple with anxiety about being photographed due to factors like body image, sexual orientation, race, gender identity, and ability. Unfortunately, these aspects of identity have historically been marginalized, leading people to feel invisible or misrepresented in media. However, the belief that only certain narratives deserve attention is outdated and exclusionary. This is something I passionately challenge through my work as a photographer.

As a queer individual in a relationship with a trans man, I understand firsthand the importance of being accurately represented. My partner and I have faced the challenge of finding photographers who can authentically capture our essence, without the biases that often accompany mainstream representation. This personal journey has instilled in me a deep commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space for all my clients. My mission is to ensure everyone I photograph feels seen, valued, and celebrated for who they truly are.
