The resort boasts 63 rooms across five buildings, accommodating up to 148 guests, ensuring that your friends and family can stay comfortably close throughout the weekend. The main building, known as the Boarding House, is the heart of the resort, featuring a lobby, bar, the Conover Club Restaurant, and a cafe, as well as event spaces like the Farm House Room and Sun Porch. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor Biergarten, a king-sized pool with a pool bar, and numerous other amenities designed to cater to a variety of activities and events over the weekend.

For the wedding ceremony and reception, Callicoon Hills offers a beautiful barn across the street, capable of hosting up to 200 guests. The barn is complemented by a deck and lawn, perfect for a post-ceremony cocktail reception. The ceremony site itself is a charming grassy clearing by the North Branch River, accessible via a wooded path past the barn. This idyllic setting is perfect for engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, ceremonies, and receptions.

The dedicated staff at Callicoon Hills is committed to making your wedding experience seamless and stress-free. They assist with catering, bartending, vendor coordination, and all aspects of setup and cleanup. The venue provides essential amenities such as get-ready rooms, lighting, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, and barware.
