Established in 1971 by Jack and Lucille Aellen, this expansive 230-acre farm has evolved from its humble beginnings of six acres of vineyards to over 70 acres today, offering a diverse selection of exquisite wines. With four distinct event spaces, Linganore Winecellars can accommodate weddings ranging from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations of up to 180 guests. Couples can exchange vows on The West Lawn, where the manicured grounds and scenic Maryland countryside set the stage for a fairytale ceremony. The Berrywine Pavilion, a spacious 4,500-square-foot covered open-air venue, is perfect for cocktail receptions or as an alternate ceremony location. For reception dinners, The Abisso Banquet Hall, a beautifully restored barn, offers a stunning setting with its high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and modern amenities. For smaller weddings or rehearsal dinners, the intimate Bacioni Room provides a cozy, newly renovated space for up to 40 guests.

Linganore Winecellars offers a variety of customizable packages to suit each couple’s unique vision. All packages include essential amenities such as tables, chairs, glassware, setup, cleanup, and access to a get-ready room for the wedding couple. Although catering is not included, the venue provides a list of preferred vendors to ensure a seamless dining experience. Additional services, such as golf cart shuttles and day-of coordination, are available to enhance the convenience and enjoyment of the event.
