Spanning an acre of tranquil grounds, Villa Festa offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces that cater to both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. The outdoor ceremony lawn, shaded by historic oak, camphor, and evergreen trees, provides a picturesque setting for exchanging vows. A 1,000-square-foot covered pavilion, standing 21 feet tall, overlooks the ceremony lawn and sits conveniently between the Main Villa and Carriage House homes, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while staying cool. For larger groups, a 5,000-square-foot area of pavers can accommodate a tent, ensuring everyone has the space they need to celebrate comfortably.
Inside, the historic Main Villa boasts four bedrooms, a salon, living and dining rooms, two sunrooms, a large kitchen, a bar, and three full bathrooms, offering ample space for relaxation and preparation. Additionally, the Carriage House serves as a private couple’s suite, featuring a master bedroom, living room, full kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms. Villa Festa provides tables and chairs, which can be arranged in various configurations to suit the event’s needs.
To ensure a seamless celebration, couples are required to select from a list of Approved Caterers, though they are welcome to choose any insured and licensed vendors from other categories or opt for the venue’s highly recommended Preferred Wedding Pro List.
