Originally a mechanic shop for a sawmill, this 5800 sq. ft. space has been transformed into a stunning venue perfect for weddings, proms, class reunions, family gatherings, sweet 16 parties, and corporate meetings. The renovation has preserved many of the original industrial elements, making this venue one-of-a-kind. Its location alongside a rail spur adds to its distinctive appeal, setting the stage for memorable events.
As guests approach the venue, they are greeted by two WWII bomb shells on the front porch, signaling with torch flames that an event is underway. A vintage bicycle built for two serves as the venue’s logo and offers a charming photo opportunity for couples. Inside, an iconic railroad luggage wagon displays event themes, memorabilia, and photos, while a gantry overhead, once used for hoisting motors, now supports a stunning steampunk chandelier crafted from wood gears, pipes, and Edison bulbs. This showstopping feature adds a touch of whimsy and nostalgia to the space.
The venue’s interior is designed to create memorable experiences. A beautiful gas fireplace with whitewashed rock serves as a focal point for wedding ceremonies, with a live edge wood mantel and a strategically placed rock shaped like Arkansas. The grand staircase and balcony provide a dramatic entrance for brides, while the inside balcony offers a private moment for couples before their reception. The outside balcony is perfect for bouquet tosses and capturing special moments.
The bridal suite, aptly named “sweet,” offers a cozy retreat with a gas fireplace and an oversized swing, while a porthole window allows for a touching pre-wedding photo moment. The Groom’s Saloon, with its western theme, features a 75″ TV, electric fireplace, recliners, mini-kitchen, and an outdoor porch with a gas firepit. It also includes a large shower, dressing area, and a bedroom with a king-size bed for overnight stays. For outdoor ceremonies, a gazebo platform with a chandelier, new sod, and a swing for bridal photos provides a picturesque setting.
