The inception of Landon Estate is a dream come true for the Gotliffe family, who have long envisioned owning a wedding and events venue that serves as a community cornerstone. This dream materialized in 2024 with the acquisition of the historic Sanders-Myatt house, which has been lovingly transformed into Landon Estate. Named in honor of their son, Landon, who is on the autism spectrum, the Gotliffe family has pledged to donate 10% of annual profits to the Autism Society of NC. This commitment aims to support local children and young adults with autism, providing resources such as summer camp scholarships and respite care.
